Customer Feedback

The only way you can find out how happy your customers are is to ask!   Firefly Solutions can design a customer feedback program suited to your business.   We can also conduct the research and collate the feedback into an easy to read and analyse report.

Staff Survey

A staff survey is a great tool to get a feel for the internal health of your organisation.   It is particularly useful to identify issues if you are experiencing increased staff turnover or excessive sick leave.   A staff survey is also a great way to find out what is working well in your organisation so you can continue to do it and identify any areas that need improvement.

Marketing Plan

Firefly Solutions can develop a comprehensive 12 month marketing plan for your organisation including an analysis of your current marketing activities, a market strategy and action plan.

Website Development

The development of a website can sometimes be overwhelming but it doesn't need to be difficult.   Firefly Solutions can help you plan the layout of your website, write the copy, register your domain name, organise hosting, find a suitable template, upload information and provide training to your staff.   Firefly Solutions utilises NetRegistry as a host as they offer a free content management system which means clients can update their own website therefore eliminating ongoing costs associated with minor changes to the website.  We have also used the Joombla program for designing websites.  Go to our Recent News page to see some examples of websites we've designed.

Fees: from $1,000 plus GST. Hosting and domain registration fees are extra (from $200/year)


Awards Entries

Outsourcing the preparation of awards entries can have surprising results.   Having a fresh set of eyes look at your business often raises points that you might not have considered including into your entry.   Also, being successful with your awards entries is all about ensuring that you read between the lines with the questions asked and find examples to demonstrate that the business reflects the judging criteria.

Advertising

We can review your current advertising or develop new advertising for you.   Measuring the effectiveness of your advertising is also important and we can develop plans and systems for you to implement so you can know how your advertising is working for you.  We can also assist with developing your advertising programs including Television, Radio, Yellow Pages and Print Advertising.

Event Management

We can organise everything for your event including a comprehensive event management plan.   No event is too large or too small.  We've done all types of events such as Expos, Launches, Community Events, Customer Events and Staff Parties.   We do all aspects of event management such as organising invitations, media relations, advertising and promotions, organising equipment and catering, sourcing a venue and decorations.  Outsourcing your event means you don't have to worry about all the minute details - we do that for you!

Copywriting & Printing

We can help with all your copywriting needs including copy for websites, brochures, newsletters and media releases.   We can also source quotes for your design and printing and liaise with the printers on your behalf.

Operations Manuals

Whether you want to document a part of your operations or the whole business - we can do it.  Operations manuals can be utilised for a variety of reasons including:

  • Franchising – in order to ensure all stores operate in a consistent manner.
  • Training – induction of new staff and training of existing staff in areas they need development or when their roles change (e.g. promotion).
  • Performance Review – in order to measure performance against standards already set in the manual.
  • Emergency Cover – for use in the event that emergency relief of staff is required (e.g. serious illness).
  • Communication – as a tool to communicate information throughout the Company.
  • Quality Assurance - ensure consistent quality of product and service by having a reference manual.

We have a range of training programs developed on marketing, customer relations and administration topics which we can conduct in-house with your staff.  We can also develop a training program to suit your needs and can also source a venue to train your staff if you do not have the facilities in-house.
